I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning completed by Jasper's Carpet Cleaning. I wasn't sure how it would turn out without any of the big equipment. I'm very used to steam cleaning my carpets and having damp carpets for a few days. I don't think I can go back to that! The low moisture cleaning got my carpets very clean and smelling great. Very happy with the customer service and the great results, especially on our carpeted stairs. Communication was great and everyone I was in touch with was really helpful and friendly when booking the job from arranging to communicating arrival times through to the completion of the cleaning. Jasper's Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations and I'm glad I took a chance on a new company. I was nervous that the stains in my carpet were permanent after my dog's accident, but Kevin tackled it with expertise. Not only did he effectively remove the pee odor, but the carpet looked brand new. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive!
