As a busy mom of two energetic kids, keeping our home clean is a constant challenge. I hired Jasper's Carpet Cleaning to handle cleaning the carpets for our new home and I couldn't be more pleased by the results. There were a lot of old stains and scuffs on the carpet but Kevin came in and made our carpets new again. Our home definitely has a new home feeling now that the carpets are feeling fresh and clean! Very impressed with the quality of service that was provided. I was skeptical of the low moisture cleaning that they specialize in but after seeing my carpets I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I love that the cleaning went by quickly and didn't require a lot of equipment running through the house like my other carpet cleaning experiences. We had tough stains on the carpets including baby sick, and tea. They really worked miracles to remove the stain and were so accommodating to fit us in so quickly. This was my second time using their services and I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and the level of service that they provide. For the record, I've always disliked getting my carpets professionally cleaned. Obviously I enjoy having clean carpets but having someone in my home for hours, bringing in a bunch of hoses, leaving my carpets damp for a couple of days, I hated all of that. Jasper's always emphasized that the service would be quick and leave my carpets dry and fluffy and they continue to deliver on that promised. My daughter had a spill in our hallway and I had to get our carpets cleaned ASAP and they came through as they always do. I like that I'm able to get my carpets cleaned regularly but I'm also impressed that I don't need to overpay for emergency services like today. Thanks again!
